As iam holding family care first[medical cashless insurance of bajaj allianz]. As the company providing Baby Memmorial hospital as cashless treatment.
As i admitted due to heavy stomuch pain at Baby memmorial hospital on 9th march 2011 at 3 am. And the doctors advice was to scan and take the xray of kidney and may be a surgery will be required. And i had given the care first card to the office and informed the card facilitties. And they have told that we can accept the card and the approval has to given by the company. On 10th morning my surgery was completed and on at night shifted to the room.
And on 11th they have given me the discharge. At the time of discharge the hospital department told that they have not recived the approval due to the fake card. As the matter discussed with bajaj allianz insurance office understood that the card provided to me is fake.. As an admitted patient even after a surgery have to make several call to the office at pune[Thalassery,calicut also the regional office] but i could not get any propar guidlines or proper adivice from the companyside. So the hospital make me to pay from my pocket.
Even i have the facilitty of 1 lakh ruppees as cash less to any hospital whereas i have to pay 30 thousand ruppes from my pocket,,, how i can accept this ?? then why i payed the policy amount ? so requesting your office to do the needfull as early as possible
