My Self Tarsem Lal Age 30 years old and i am purchase Reliance Health Ways Policy on dt 19/03/2009 , and renew the policy in march 2010 my current police number is 2004792825004449.

my wife admit in hospital on dated 25/12/2010 and discharge on dated 29/12/2010, i am submit the claim in TPA Medi Assist Mohali, Punjab my claim number is 5608114. But dated 05-March-2011 Reliance call Mumbai to call me on 022-39829067 this number, your company executive told me your claim is denied; reason this is pre existing disease.

But my information on dated 09/07/2010, We want for checkup to Kamal Hospital, Nakodar as my wife was having breathing problem. He suggested for ECHO Test in which it was Clearfield that she was having HEART Valve Problem.

Dr Hapreet Singh, Kamal Hospital, Nakodar Prescribed as medicine related with the problem.

Then on dated 25/12/2010, my wife suffered from the problem, which we have described you before in this case. We immediately took her to M/sChawla Heart Care center, Jalandhar. Where she was treated, she remanded hospitalizes on four days. Know she under the treatment of Dr Raman Chawla at Chawla Heart Care Center Jalandhar

company free on told me that this is a pre existing disease. But I am know that I am faced the problem on june, july 2010. and i am purchase your policy mar 2009.
