Dear Sir/Madam,
Disbursement cheque aside,they are not even bothered to reply to those mails
sent by us,inspite we have followed grievance redressal system forget home
branch where policy is issued even repository HO do not respond.

Our urge with them is to add Interest charges to the disbursed amount, for
claims submitted on 02-3-09 is yet to be disbursed.

Kindly help me in resolving this issue.
