*Complaint: Issued Cashless Card by ICICI Lombard Head Quarter Mumbai India
It Was Not Accepted By the Network Hospitals and 1000s of people were
suffering and killed by them.*



I had faced the problem by taking this insurance and all most all the
consumers are facing these problems. I think not only in Hyderabad but all
over India. I don’t know how many people are dying or because of this *Cashless
Card*. I do believe and think that thousands of peoples are dying because of
ICICI Lombard ill-service.



1. I took the policy for my parents in the month of October 2008 thinking
that if I have and problem of finance this card will work out at the time of
emergency and almost all the people were took the policy keeping this in
mind I am not speaking about myself I speaking about all those who suffer
and going to suffer. ICICI Lombard company sales the dream to the Middle
Class and Lower Middle Class person who don’t have enough money to take
their parents to the Top Most Hospitals This Company Is Providing the
Services in This Hospitals.



1. The card issued to me was *Cash Less Card *which means the consumer is
not suppose to *Pay One Rupee *if they admit the patient in case of
emergency to their Network Hospital at the time of admitting the patient
in hospital and the company will took all the responsibility for the payment
of the all bills. My Mother card Number is IHPN-0417223/02.and my Father
Card Number is IHPN-04172268/01.I took the policy thinking that the expenses
will be paid by the ICICI Lombard, if I will be out of station. I have gone
for conference or some lecture.



1. *Network** **Hospital** Means What*? it means when we admit the
patient at this hospital we are not supposed to pay even a single rupee to
the hospital on the above mention card but when I took my mother to the
Medwin Hospitals they refused to accept the card of ICICI Lombard saying
that the they are not accepting this card because of non payment of bills,
as I my mother is in critical condition I do paid the cash and admitted in
the hospital and contract the head office of ICICI Lombard Mumbai I don’t
have the number of any local office. The person whom I spoke was a manager
according to my information at their head quarter, he say that he reimburse
the money I was going on contracting the person at Mumbai but I do not get
any help from the company during the stay of my mother from 17th may 2009
to 19th may 2009. According to the rule the company person have to come
to the hospital with in 48 hours. This not myself who suffer they 100s of
people who are suffering like me daily. If you send one person and let them
sit in insurance office you will get 100s of people who are returning and
suffering on the hands of this people.



1. *Is The ICICI Lombard Company Is Playing With The Life Of The People?
*I do come to know from the hospital that they are refusing to accept the
card because the company had the pending of the bills from 2007. Now the
company start one new game that they are providing direct service to the
consumer through I will be not surprised if they refuse that this I health
is not their company but they gave the contract to this company after the
cheated the public and killed several thousands of Indians all over India ?
As the company did in past. if the record is take out form this Net Work
Hospitals then one can easily come to know that this company is doing fraud
with the people and simply playing with the life of 1000s of people all over
India I am not the one victim there are 1000s of people and they need the
attention and help of Human Right Commission. ICICI Lombard is proudly
saying that they are having the policies of some officials of secretariat in
Andhra Pradesh so they are not only play with the public but also playing
with the gazette officials.



1. *This card is issued by ICICI Lombard Mumbai I had received the papers
from the ICICI Lombard Mumbai office and the insurance is of 3lakhs and I
don’t know that it was the contract gave to the ttk by ICICI Lombard what’s
the meaning that with this contract the organization called ttk? *ICICI
Lombard Had give the contract/ right to play with life of people to this ttk
and they are playing with the life of the 1000s or more than 1000s person in
all over India. Now they break or canceled the contract is this the
solution to this problem? The company is saying that the cancelled the
contract with the ttk good and they are not responsible for what ttk did or
doing with the people who take the police till 31st December 2008, how
the company is not responsible for all this cause and the causes which is
going to take place in future? The card issued is by ICICI Lombard head
quarter all the processing were done by the head quarter Mumbai and now
ICICI Lombard cant refused so easily for the death incurred because of them
or responsibility its not the contract of building which ICICI Lombard
canceled they gave ICICI Lombard gave the contract of life and death that to
thousands of life of Indians. Are ICICI Lombard is free to playing with the
life of the 1000s of peoples?





1. *To my surprised on back side of the card in very small letters it’s
was written ttk private ltd which rare people will take into consideration
it’s really great to fool the people*. I do come to know that it’s not
from ICICI Lombard now the company starts there won processing which the
call center executives are telling the public and cheating the public again
in a new manner they take the money of the people and playing with the life.
Who is responsible for the insured of the life of 1000s of people in all
over Indian? Who took the policy by seeing ICICI Lombard? Under ICICI
Lomabrad / ttk till 31 December2008. I do believe that thousand of people
are dying daily or suffering because of this ICICI Lombard company and the
company is refusing as if they gave the contract of building not the life
they don’t have any value of life of the people because they thinks that its
not their responsibility at all. All this are business games they making the
money from the business and showed to the government that this is done by
ttk or some other party not by ICICI Lombard with the same money they will
put one more unit in the same manner the company had gave the contract to
ttk now they are giving in their won name then they refused and fine some
other way to get rid of the situation. They continue no one is there to
check it out.



1. Human Right Commission are saying that there are 100s of people
suffering at Srilanka on LTTE hands .What they are doing for this ICICI
Lombard companies who are playing with the 1000s of people life’s in
India they are dying like animals ?and some may be making suicides because
the sentiments attached with the issue some one attached with their parents
too much and if the parents expire in front of the person they would
make suicide they cant go for reimbursement and what the company reimbursed
for the life of the person lost what the cost /price of life. this company
is just making money out of blood and death thousands of people in India and
no action had take against them till date since how long they are going on
play with the life of the people god knows, I don’t know but I do come to
know from the Medwin hospitals that their bill are pending from 2007 and
many a patients bills were return if the amount is beyond Rs 15,000/- *and
the consumer is forced to paid the amount from the pocket even they have the
cash less card. this company gave 3lakhs of insurance at 15,000/- and cant
pay the amount of Rs 25,000/-*





1. *Cash less Card means what?* Its means the consumer should paid the
bill from their pocket? Or the ICICI Lombard has to pay at the time of
admitting the patients? and all the bill have to bare by the ICICI Lombard
?and ICICI Lombard company is refusing to take the responsibility by saying
that it is the third party responsibility how could the company refused ?it
when in front of the card they put their logo and ICICI Lombard cashless
card issued the card and policy from their head quarter. Its was written
Cash Less clearly on this card the consumer are not suppose to paid one
rupee when they admitted in Net- Work Hospitals?



1. *What the ICICI Lombard Company Will going to Reimburse?* The company
says that they reimburse the amount but when the time comes for
reimbursement they want the consumer to do so many documentations. They
don’t require any documentation at the time of taking the policy and when
the company has to pay the money they required all the documentation. I
do received on message recently from the company I save it on my phone as an
evidence it’s from ICICI Lombard written that no documentation is required
for the insurance just log on the web and take the policy. Then ICICI
Lombard company is playing with the life of the people why the company sales
the Cash Less Card. I do advice lot of people to take this policy after I
took the policy some of them are very poor who earn Rs 5000/- per month I
feel guilty for them and don’t know how to help this people if they suffer
like I am. Mine is the very small amount but what about the person who paid
the amount and still thinking that they will get the facility without paying
any amount I don’t know how to face them now?



1. The ICICI Lombard company give lot of trouble for reimbursement of the
money to the consumer the consumer have to go the doctor and take the
signature and get the stamped and then to the Hospital and get the stamped
and Register Number of the Hospital. When one get all this the ICICI Lombard
asked consumer to give the documents relating to the Identity Proof Why?
When they issue the card they were sleeping? The now they required ID proof?
When they have to pay the amount they are openly doing fraud with poor
illiterate persons they lost the money they lost the life nothing will left
accept doing suicide. When doctor is their on the document what the id proof
they required? The doctor signature says that this is the patient he/ she is
under treatment and from case sheet one can come to what the treatment and
from when the patient is under there treatment. Does the consumer have to do
all this? What the hell the ICICI Lombard is doing? What services the ICICI
Lombard is providing to their consumer? If all this we have to do then
what’s the meaning of the Cash Less Card ?and the ICICI Lombard will take 21
days for processing of the reimbursement on the Cashless Card. They are not
going to reimburse it immediately. If the person had take money from some
one thinking that the ICICI Lombard will reimburse the money immediately
they got discharge the person from hospital. As the call center executive or
the manager of Head quarter Mumbai were telling to the consumer than they
will get one more surprising shock when he go for reimbursement of the money
he had go through the mental stress after that he have to go and get all the
documents and when he go to the ICICI Lombard office with all the
required documents they asked for now new shock all the paper documents were
made by these people only but at the time of payment they want ID Proof
because now they have to pay money to the consumer .the take the amount of
issuance they don’t required any documents all this is not required at the
time of taking the policy? But this is required at the time of reimbursement
because they simply don’t want to pay the money or cancelled the card they
want to put it on the poor person who paid the money with lot of hard work.



1. * I do want to ask question to the company who gave you right to play
with the 1000s of life and ICICI **Lombard** to killing 1000s of
people?*Especially the poor person and illiterate who don’t know what
is third
party, being an educated person I don’t understand this how could you expect
the poor illiterate person to understand it? They just saw the ICICI Lombard
and think that this is an ICICI Lombard and purchased this card? How could
the ICICI Lombard refused to accept the responsibility? And refused to pay
the amount? When the consumers want their help? Is ICICI Lombard is playing
with the life of the people? there are hundred of cases one can get from
this Network Hospitals they mention the top most is Medwin hospital , Apollo
Hospital, Medi-city Hospital etc, and this people simply refusing the
responsibility if they running through according to the rules of government?
Then why they don’t require any documents at the time of issuing the policy?
*When They Can’t Pay The Money Why They Are Issuing The Cash Less Card*?
Still they dint stop they are continuing the there game with *I Health
Card* when the card issued before 1st January 2009 were also come under *I
Health* only they give good services on that but what the guarantee that
this services is continued and this people dint do the same? They are
killing 100 of persons daily in India and no body is taking action against
them? What the Human Right Commission is doing on this? What the media is
doing on this? Why they are not coming forward to take action against these
people? Human Right Commission says about the LTTE at Sri Lanka but what
about this people who are playing with the life of the people not one or two
but 1000 of persons were issued this card and they were suffering in all
over India ? Why the government is issuing the licenses to these companies?
Who is responsible for the cause of death because of this health cash less
cards? Who is going to take the action against these companies? Government?
Human Right Commission? Media? No one they are let free to playing
openly with the life of the people and all the hospitals of India are also
responsible for this as they make the contract with this type company but no
one is taking action against them. Is hospitals became the business house in
India? Are these companies doing the business of the life of the people? How
the insurance companies play with the life of 1000 people in all over India?
And refused to take the responsibility? How could the hospitals keep quite?
How one could one can see all this and closed their eyes? And look after
them. How could human being become so selfish? That they are start playing
with the, why the government is keeping quite in such issues? The media
speak about farmer suicides but what about the suicides people were making
because of this type of business? I mean the health cards. this people are
worst then those LTTE, Naxals Wadi or Terrorists, Taliban, Indian Mujahideen
who are killing people at least they are far better than this they are
killing people but not playing with the emotions of the people or not given
the surety of life, who killer few people by there guns they are not
killing the people by giving them dreams and playing with theirs sentiments,
emotions, life, and not cheating the people. Human right commission says the
their were 100 people killed in Bangladesh by boarder guards, Indian
Mujahideen were killed 42 people in bomb blast , due to poor civic
infrastructure six people were killed etc, what is the reply for this ICICI
Lombard who is killing 1000s of people all over India daily? They gave the
contact of life to some company and now cancelled the contract



1. What will be the reimbursement in case of the life lost? 3lakhs,
4lakhs what is the value of life this ICICI Lombard? Will they can they
reimburse the life of the person who lost the life? Because of this ICICI
Lombard Cash Less Card? Will the company reimburse the stress and pain the
consumer is passing since last three months? Does the ICICI Lombard refund
the life too? Do they have the right to play with the life of 1000s of
people all over India? By canceling the contract with first party, second
part or third party? Do they think that they can skip by canceling or
showing the cancellation on paper? Does Human Right Commission take action
against this inhuman behavior? Do they put the real face of ICICI Lombard in
front of public so that the ICICI Lombard loses of life and people will get
aware of this fraud company? Do this ICICI Lombard left free because they
have the authorization, government registration, licensed, they can play
with the life of 1000s of people all over India?



1. I request the human right commission to take action against the ICICI
Lombard as early as possible as they are killing 1000s or more than 1000
of people till who took policy till December 31st 2009 and going to
cheat the public by taking double amount form them what they paid last year
I do request you sir that this is inhuman and worst than those who are
killing in bomb blast, or encounter because there few number of people are
killed but this people are killing those poor and innocent who want to give
comfort to their dear one and try their best and paid the money for
insurance if don’t have they get it from some money lender or some other
person and paid the money and this people are the real person who need your
attention and help please kindly take my complaint in positive manner and
take necessary action against this insurance companies who are playing with
the life of the people I don’t know how many 1000s of people were suffered
and how many people were going to suffered I am pardon if I used any
wrong word in my complain. Please kindly take action against this in human
activity of ICICI Lombard.
