Dear Concerned,

I Have a individual health insurance policy No 120800/48/07/97/00002882 Of United
India Insurance Co Ltd from past three years but this year at the time of renewals i
am trying to get in touch with my agent mr Francis Almeida since last 2 months as i
had a little idea that it was suppose to be renewed somewhere in december and
because of his pathetic service i think my policy has lapsed. Let me know how can
i revive it by your end without loosing my non claim benefit.
I also need to know how do you make these kind of agents who are least interested in
after sales service and do you have any kind of punisive measure against these
agents.
These kind of agents are actually cheating the customers and taking money and after
receiving thier commission they loose interest in that policy for renewals.
I hope a reply atleast on the above mentioned case to avoid any further legal action
in the Court of law consumer rights.
