I took your policy under Bajaj Allianz Insurance private limited and my policy no is
0057421204, Mediclaim policy , I had applied for claim after recovering from Dread Disease i.e Heart desease , and treatment was under Fortis Health care Mohali, As per your Instruction I had submitted all the documents required for claim which are given as follows:-
1) ECHO AND ECG REPORT
2) Registraion no& bed of hospital certificate by hospital Authority
3) Certificate Attested by Dr Naveen Sethi.
So I request that I had submitted all these document’s to Mr jyoti Monga, Branch Head Bajaj Allianz Insurance Abohar Branch Dist Ferozepur, I want to ask thaw Why my insurance claim is pending upto till date?
I also want to ask the reason why too much time is taken by you company for such claim ,You can understand how ‘ll I refer anybody for taking bajaj allianz policy,So finaly I again request you to look after into this matter and solve my problem.
