Our medical reimbursement claim pending due to the requirements of Form C. Same is request to Nursing home, but there are unable to provide reason not yet received from the Health Department, but Nursing Home is register with authorities. So, it is difficult to fullfill the Insurance company requirements.

Can you advice, is this mandatory requirement ? or to delay the claim and reject later on date.

Can we file the compalint with consumer court for get the settlement
