This is to bring to your kind that I have purchased Sahara Care House Scheme including Mediclaim Insurance Scheme and invested Rs. 14999/- on 19th Sept’2010 . I regret to inform you that more than 120 days is going to be passed till date I have not received my Mediclaim card inspite of repeated reminders. I want to get operated my daughter’s eye as she has some problem in her eyes. Please take appropriate action against this company. They have cheated me and my feelings and harassed me for the last three months. The address is given here below. They have issued me reference no. that is IR 59564 for following up all the matters/ issues. Sir, I am working in Private concern and I am facing lot of problem. Please help me. Kindly arrange to get it returned my Rs. 15,000/- from Sahara Care house.
