i had purchased a icici lombard policy 2 years ago my mom was admitted in a hospital in may 2010 first they gave a approval of rs:10000/- then after 5 days they rejected it because of this i paid rs:57000/- now when i send the file for reimbursement they are saying that the file which i have send is very late now they are not renewing my mom and dads policy my moms policy no is 4034i/cht/04330142/00/000 i have had a very bad experience with icici lombard health insurance policy.
What can i do for this
