i got a policy from ICICI Lombard for health insurance in the name of me and my sister.

3 days back , my sister got problem of JAUNDICE.

i called ICICI Lombard cust care and asked about hospitals in Ludhiana and they told me the following name:

Lifeline Hospital
Maheshwari complex
Gill road
Ludhiana

But when my parents went there along with my sister , the dcotor completely denied of any cahless scheme due to worst service of ICICI Lombard. They asked to deposit full amount and get that re-imbursed on our own from ICICI Lombard giving us a new headache.

We have called cust care of ICICI Lombard but doctor is not ready to talk to them also and cust care executive is telling me to wait for 3 days to enable them to take action.

Now we are helpless and we are giving money to doctor but i got an impression that all the cashless schemes are bullshit and even ICICI Lomard policies are also waste of money.

Kindly do the needful to get us cashless policy or otherwise help us to cancel the policy if we have to face such situations in times of need also.
