I have got a policy from ICICI Lombard. I have registered a claim on 27th of January 2009 since then I am following uo with TTK to get my claim settled. After 2 months TTK reverted with they need initial diagnosis documents. The same has been couried to them. After that almost daily I am following up with them. Now today they have turned saying they required with more documents I have clearly told them I have submitted all documents which I have with me. Still TTK is stuck on stupid argument they required documents. I registered a complaint with ICICI Loambard as I have purchased a policy through ICICI and not from TTK. In that case ICICI denies to give any kind of support.

I desparetly need money to treat my mother. I have explained everything to both of serive providers and they simply ignored all my request.

Now whom do I have to contact to file complaint against it and how will I do it? Please help me to get this settled.
