Complaint : Dear Sir as per the given detail of following policy i have been offered by them wrong policy since the company told me the following wrong points on the phone:

1) claim can be taken immediately after releasing the policy while it can be taken only after 3 months of releasing this policy.
2) all normal diseases are covered like dengu malaria ,tyfied while in real all these diseases are not covered.


Please advice on the same.
