    Default Issues with Mediclaim: United India Insurance Co & Vipul (TPA)

    I have a mediclaim with UIIC and TPA is Vipul Medicorp.

    I went through Hernia in the month of November 2009 and till now I have been fighting between these organization for reimbursements and all in vain. Have raised the same to IRDA and they are also not helping.

    my issues are:
    1. I have spent 55,000.00 but TPA says i am eligible for 15,000.00 only.
    2. Not even single rupee reimbursed till now.

    Please help.

    Angry Fraud by E-Meditek (TPA)

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    I have a medical policy from emeditek, in January (27-01-2012) my
    mother hospitalized, I informed to emeditek and send them all the required
    mediclaim related bill/vouchers/documents (Original Copy) as per their
    guidelines for claim only. But they didn't reply on proper way and after many
    reminders they are not responding, Last time they mail me, my claim status is :
    No claim, but still they are provide the reason of no claim, they are continues
    talking about the breakup of Medicinal Bill worth Rs. 20850, they breakup of
    Medicinal Bill worth Rs. 20850, I already send two times, for my first response
    regarding Amt breakup-20850, they informed me that he receive a breakup and
    summary from Hospital is not sufficiently to process the claim, 2nd and next
    time, as per their guidance (Customer care Executive/PRO) I’m provide them the
    final breakup of medicinal bill worth Rs. 20850.


    Still they are not provide the clear reason of no
    claim.




    1st medicinal breakup - on
    :
    11-April-2012 : By: Blazflash Courier, AWB No-195278279 (As per
    e-meditek this details is not sufficient to
    process).




    2nd medicinal breakup
    on
    : 26-May-2012 : By : Blazflash Courier, AWB No- 196200552. (Final
    details As per e-meditek guidance and accepted by E-meditek Customer Care
    executives.)
