Dear Sir,

I have Insured policy no. P/161118/01/2010/001748 and claim no. 0063935. This is to inform you that I took Family Health Floter Plan from above said company,under above said policy no. in which my self, my wife and my two
kids were enrolled .

On dated 04/11/2010 I admitted my son {Master Mohit } due to high fever in Brahm Shakti Sanjivni Hospital Bahadurgarh Distt. Jhajjar Haryana which is empanelled with co. During admission of my son to Hospital, I showed my Cashless Mediclaim Card Letter, on they took approval from Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. and started the treatment . In the evening their TPA representative visited the hospital.

On dated 09/11/2010 my son was discharged from hospital in the morning. In evening I got call from Braham Shakti Sanjivni Hospital regarding bill payment then I came to know that bill was denied to pay by Star Health Insurance
Co. Ltd. So, I called to their Branch Manager and other mentioned numbers but no satisfactory answer was come from their side.

Here hospital making pressure to pay the bill which is not my duty to pay after cashless treatment.

I am feeling very helpless.. Sir, you are requested to kindly solve the issue as early as possible.
