I feel like cheated everytime I go for a cashless medical treatment. I was recently provided with 2 sets of bills, one cashless and the other one for re-imbursement. The difference between cashless and re-imbursement is huge. This hospital in Andheri, Criticare hospital, does not give details in advance and when it comes to final bills, charges huge amount of money. I asked for a rate list of hospital, which I was denied. They were only referrring to charge list from ICICI Lombard and accordingly billing patients, which is not the right way. No body should ever go for a cashless medical treatment, as it is only hospitals and Insurance companies that make money out of it. All of us feel that we get money from Insurance company, but in return Insurance company and hospitals both make money.
