My policy is from Reliance General Insurance Company. My accident happened on 24th Feb 2009 around 8:50 pm and I admitted in Hospital (Holy Family Hospital) on same day (24th Feb) around 9.20 pm and hospital intimated to police around 10.00 pm. Police arrived to the Hospital on 25th Feb around 7:40 am. After discharge I submitted my all documents to TPA. Again TPA requested me to submit few paper then I submitted the requested papers.
Now after two months TPA saying that my claim is rejected because hospital's mentioned accident time and date are not matching with police report.
Please solve my this case. I want to back my money which I already paid to hospital.
