Respected Sir,

I am mediclaim policy holder with The New India Assurance since Three Years with above Policy Number.
I was hospitalized for treatment of left lower ureteral calculus on 12/04/2010 at Devasya Multi Speciality Hospital, New Wadaj road, Ahmedabad.On date 12/04/2010 above hospital asks for Cashless Claim to Health India TPA services Pvt.ltd. Ahmedabad, but they denied the claim and gives a reason that left ureteral region pain was from 3 to 4 years. But in fact it was sleep of pen by my Consulting Doctor. Actual left region pain was since 3 to 4 days instead of 3 to 4 years, and my treating Doctor submitted relevant letter on 12/04/2010 to Health India TPA Ahmedabad and He was clearly mentioned that it was Human error by him.Thereafter The New India Assurance Company Repudiated my Claim.
So it is a here by request to you that please do needful immidiatly.
