My policy was cancelled in March 2010 a confirmation to that effect was received. Irrespective I was yet charged a premium upto Sep 2010.

After bringing it to ICICI's notice they promised that they would deposit the premium received by them back into my ICICI account which has not been done so far?

I would want my premiums back with interest.
