Dear sir/madam,

My entire family have the insurance policy from Oriental Insurance from last four years, and recently my cousine whose MAID is 5003447649, had a problem in his leg by which he was unable to bear the pain and went to KIMS hospital and met Dr Chalapathi. he suggested us to go for a surgery, as it may lead to severe, if we leave like that, so he told us to go for the surgery on 07 Oct 10, so the hosp ins desk applied for Pre-auth letter on 04 Oct 10 for admitting on 07 Oct 10, so these medi asst begumpet people are sleeping till 07 Oct 10 by not takin any proper action and not intimating at all anything wether to admit or not, since it is one of the familiar hospitals they've not accepted us without paying the advance or without the prior approval from the insurance company to admit in the hospital on 07 Oct, if one have to admit in the hospital by paying advance to the hospitals why do we need these cashless facility. so as we didnt get any confirmation, we postpone the surgery for the other date given by the doctor. meanwhile these medi asst guys namely, Mr Santosh, who put the remarks on the pre-auth is stating, patient not admitted on the hospital, his intention we came to know when we approach him directly that, if they prcess the cashless they wont get any benfits, so they encourage re-imbursement so we go them directly and ask them for request so they can seek the percentage on the entire amount. so this is what happend with me in the hyderabad branch here and asked my to go for re-imbursal and said pay 10% of the enitre amount and i'll process it very fast u forget about everything, but i requested him so many times that we are having the policy from last four years and please process for the cashless as we want to admit him immediately but he said if you admit now also i wouldnt accept for the cashless, and i asked him what's the reason u state, but he said you are argueing with us, so i can raise hundereds of reasons for not giving you the cashless facility and moreover Ms Gurpreet singh is also involved in this as he briefed her somethingelse that we were argueing him, one has to understand the pain when somebody faces in this kind of cases, as it is not the small amount that anyone can pay within a shortwhile, hospital people said to pay 50,000 in advance to admit the patient, somehow we tried to admit him in the hospital on given date by the doctor on 13 Oct 10 and requested the hosp insurance desk to forward again for the pre-auth request, meanwhile Ms gurpreet singh called the Ins Desk of KIMS hosp that, not to forward any claim pertaining to the said paitent, so what is the necessity to tell the hosp desk?? why the grevieance?? it's becoz we denied Mr Santosh to pay him the required amount, when finally i contacted the Medi Asst Call centre i spoke to Ms Aarthi and Mr Mahesh, who are really very genuine at their point and did whatvever they could do and asked me to send the form at any cost before discharging of the patient and then i went to the Hosp Desk and requested her in the evening to sent the documents again for approval as per the Cust Care advise, but everything was in the hands of the local branch hyderabad, again they denied saying no previous hospital docs are attached, so hw one attachs the documents without one asking, no investigation was done with the patient, no body spoke to the patient and none come to the hospital while the patient admitted in the hospital, so this is the situation of the branch at hyderabad, whatever they want they can do, till the time these kind of people exists in the world, justice cant be done to the insured persons, if one has to pay from thier pocket what is the need of paying to the insurance companies and what does it mean of Cashless facility..?? Proper action need to be done against the individuals..
