Complaint againt Reliance General Insurance Respected Sir
I had bought health insurance policy from Reliance General Insurance Ltd. having claim no.- 2001792825007202 naming Ashok Kumar Sharma.Now one of my family members named Suman Sharma have got dengue and she has been admitted in the hospital.Now when I submitted the insurance policy and intimate was send to the TPA i.e Paramount Insurance before 24 hours.But rejected the claim without giving any reason .
I am helpless and it is a fraud with customer.It is the second time when I am suffering from this type of problem.Please look out the matter and solve the problem as early as possible.
