While purchasing the policy the marketing agent offered free heart checkup coupons which can be used in 6 months for anyone. After purchasing policy, I received agreement but did not recieve the heart checkup coupons. I called customer support explained them and then they provided me with some code for free heart checkup and contact information.

I contacted the heart checkup company and provided them with code and came to know that I had to go for the test next day itself. This was frustating for me. The promise made while selling the policy was the free coupan will be valid for 6 months. When I called Aegon back they said they will look into it.

I personally feel, if the company can make false promises while selling the policy why not they deffer when there will be a health related issue and we will require their help. Suggest not to go for Aegon religare and I am cancelling my policy and will look for some other Meducal insurance company.
