I received a call from ICICI for the icici Lombard insurance, I take two policies and taken 24 EMI option through my credit card (Policy no. 4034/CHC/04047552 AND 4034/CHC/04047541) but I found some mistake in EMI scheme, as I opt for 24 monthly installment, but the ICICI people create my payment in 12 monthly installment. As I choose as per my convenient for 24 month as I am not capable repayment it in 12 months. I also contact many time on the customer care but not any executive didn’t gave me proper answer. Please do the needful.
