I purchase amediclaim policy from united india ins co through instant healthcare pvt ltd 1107 new delhi house barakhamba road delhi-110001 first time in 31/10/2007.i renew it in 2008.in 2009 i deposit a cheque against this policy renewal on 20/10/2009.provisional receipt no-7257.ihpl not issue to me any policy on proper time.unfortunatly i hv admit my son shubham jain in crosslay pushpanjali hospital vaishali ghaziabad due to shortat this time ihpl didnt send bed in delhi hospital on 01 nov 2009, who suffer from dengue.at this time ihpl didnt send any policy .so after dischage the patient i submit all documents to ihpl for reambursment the claim.at this time ihpl issue to me tpa id card oi-ihp4-6909485 of oriental ins co and tpa is e-meditek tpa services.in feb 2010 ihpl again send to me a policy q0005928 from bharti axa gen ins co.in this policy tpa is genins india tpa ltd.
Now e-meditek refuse to pay my clim with reff a clause of not payment by e-medi in ncr hospital.i want to say e-meditek according which policy he refuse to me pay my claim.if he refuse on behalf united india ins co than it has been expired before the treatment.if he refuse on behalf oriental ins co than oriental ins co has not issue this policy any time.ihpl issueed oriental ins co policy in bad way.i complaint to ihpl,e-meditek,irda,police deptt,anti crupption buraeau.but no action has been taken.is ihpl permited to cheat their clients.
