Respected Authorities

I am so sorry and disturbed. My grandson, who is just 16 months old, who has insurance done for 1 lakh rupees, the company, StarHealth Insurance Company has gave me the authorization of Rs 4000 only.. and that too after 4 days of harassment. And got no money in the end.

Since there was no approval from the company for 4 days, we got admitted to OPD and now they are denying the claim.

I donno what they r trying to prove? insured for 1 lakh and giving authorization of 4000! Amazingly bad service, its heights... they seem to be making special efforts in un satisfying the customer.

I am lodging this complaint over here only after all my requests and threats have been ignored by the company authorities. No money have been received as yet, as well.
