Dear Sir,

I have purchased a star health family optima policy (2A+1c) of Rs 1890 with the cheque of SBI.
But still i havenot received any card and even they are not entertaining me . Mail already formward bt no response.
The same was purchased under their agent MAS CALLNET INDIA PVT LTD. Even they r not giving any response and making just fool.

Following are the cheque details:-

Cheque number - 232953
Bank Name- State Bank of india
Branch Name- SBI,Model Town Karnal
Dated- 6th Apr'10


Pls look into the matter so that this will not happen again with anyone.
