Complain against The Oriental Insurance Co.Ltd, Ahmedabad PLEASE NOTE MY BELOW COMPLAIN & SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
I was Insurance Agent from 1993 - 2009 in The Oriental Insurance Co.Ltd, Ahmedabad,Gujarat.
I am Insurer in The Oriental Isurance Co. Ltd - Divisional Office-3, Above Saurashtra Dinning Hall, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad., since last 17 years. I have medicalim Policy since 1995. But on Renewal of my policy in the year 2007-2008, i have issued cheque on Friday, but Insurance co. has put up my Cheque on Monday & renewed my policy for next year.(till today it is continue)
Now, my problem is :- I have been passed with STONE OPERATION on 30.06.2010 at Siddhi vinayak Hospital,Kankaria, Ahmedabad(you can ask them directly). I have put all my Claim Papers in my above insurance office on 17.07.2010 (i have Stane Operation on 14.07.2010 and got all papers from above hospital on 16.07.2010) & they have forwarded to MD INDIA LTD for Claim Process, On 02.08.2010 when i followed for my claim, i came to knew that my Claim has been NO CLAIM DUE TO LAPSE OF POLICY IN THE YEAR 2007-2008.
If my policy was lapsed than why did above insurance co did not informed me for future consiquences?????????????, they should not RENEW the policy & inform me to Fill new Proposal Form & also inform me that My Policy period will start (NEW) from effective date when they put up my cheque, but they FAILED to inform me & renewed my policy.
So on that purpose i should get my CLAIM PASSED & also INSURANCE COMPANY should issue me Letter writing to MD INDIA LTD that due to Saturday & Sunday between Renewal of policy they have put my cheque on Monday & so their is 2 (TWO) days GAP in policy and so my policy is Continued & my claim should be passed.
My policy period since 1995 is 18.12(start of policy period) to 17.12(end at every year)
I want that Insurance Company should issue me Letter & inform MD INDIA LTD to pass my claim.

Complain against Spidigo Internet Service Providers, Ahmedabad I bought Spidigo internet connection on 16th Jul 2010 and i had problem with service as well as i need to relocate so i put a request at spidigo office they told me contact to mr. amn and since last 15 day's i mailed as well as called him but not given any reply for mail as well as not came on ph.
