N9010674185. age 31. itake an cassless policy from its . but i am ill and admitted in hosipital during 7 days . but company not given cassless facility . and after this there isa no rebrusment my money after realive hospital

Subject- To Complain about the Insurance claim.

I Anwar Shah Son of Mr. I S Rahbar Proprietor of Ishika Cellcom had a claim pending towards your company vide my policy no. 450501/48/08/34/00001484, Date 02/02/2009 and claimed date 26/04/2010. The Investigator and Assessor of my claim was Mr. Ram Mohan Gupta ‘FCA DISA’ Gupta Jeswani & Company Dal Bazaar Tiraha, Near Canara Bank Gwalior-474009-contact no.9425111971. Gwalior. Sir, I would like to draw your attention towards the unsatisfactory decision of the settlement by the Surveyor assigned by your firm to evaluate the loss incurred due to theft in my mobile shop. About ten months had passed but till now I haven’t received any satisfactory result by your firm. I had submitted all required documents he had asked me to submit. I had taken my precious time through my daily routine to collect all documents required by Assessor in Gwalior, as I am the only person to run the shop. It is quite difficult to devote much of the time for maintaining the proper records still I have tried my level best to give all the required documents.

I have received a letter from Gwalior (Letter no. 450501 Dated 09/07/10) in which they had sent the final valuation of only 42,240 rupees which is an unbelievable amount for me. This reply had given a big mental harassment to me and my family. Because I had claimed 4,34,243 rupees which is supported by the required documents. Even than also, my case was considered suspicious by the Assessor. In this regard I had sent the police verification report obtained from S P office. In that letter it was clearly mentioned that the some arrest has been made and further investigations are in progress.

It is requested that my claim to be given a rethought as I am not satisfied with the decision. I will be grateful if I can get the guidelines to furnish my whole case once again.

Lastly, I hope you will look into the matter sympathetically and will solve the problem as soon as possible.

I had a bike bajaj pulsar 180 ( dl 8s aq 6079) which was financed by bajaj finance. The chasis no md2dhdjzzrcf 62856 and engine no djgbrf 77314 of my bike which was i lost from jhadoda kalan (najafgardh).
Sir,
i lke to draw your attention towards the unsatisfactory delay of my claim. About 5 months had passed but till i haven`t received any satisfactory result from you. I had submit all documents you had asked me to submit.i had taken my precious time through my daily routine to collect all documents required by your agent in patel nagar as i am the only person in home who works for the faimly. It is quite difficult to collect all the documents but i tried my best for the proper documents. Afterthat all the hard work i didn`t get the result.

As regard my hard work i want to get my claim of rs.48,773 as soon as possible
becouse i am a middle class man and i am facing so many problem without a vhiecle becouse my works is totaly depend on my bike so please take a good and quick action for my claim.

The new India assurance company or TTK?

I had submitted my claim against policy no 111800/34/09/11/00017936. PART CLAIM made as late as in september

Four months have passed since all the questions were replied but till 17-11-2010 no reply from the company.

Both authorities passing the blame to

each other. The counsumer has to suffer ?

Myself is Shibani Chakroborty cosumer of the new india assurance co. ltd. my policy no. is 51250331090100201006 time period (11/03/2010 to 09/03/2011) payment by cash time 1720 hrs receipt no.51250381090000001083. Against the above said policy number we have filed the claim against the accident held at Kalachara, Chanditala, Hooghly ,West Bengal on 11/03/2010 time 1740 Hrs.

We are getting harassment from branch office,division office and also from Regional office
Till today we have not received claim amount from The New India Assurance Co Ltd.

Lastly, I hope you will look into the matter sympathetically and will solve the problem as soon as possible.
