    Default Judgment in Manohar Acharya Vs Yashaswini and ALike Co-op Society. OPs jointly liable

    Manohar Acharya fought against Yashaswini Health Insurance Scheme. They tried to escape by paying a paltry sum in their networked hospital.The networked hospital on the other hand charged the poor farmer extraordinarily heavily a sum of Rs.31,639/=. Consumer courts sets it right.
