I am Tausif Punjabi, Last month on 3rd June 2010, i filled a form for Medical insurance of Bajaj Allianz. through Citi bank, and after filling the form they said that in few days i will receive a confirmation latter, and i can continue or cancel it, but i did not received any latter or call, and from 1st July 2010 Bajaj Allianz started deducting money from my citi A/c, and when i called citi bank, they said i will have to contact, Bajaj for it, when i called Bajaj Allianz helpdesk, i gave all the details about me, as i did not receive any policy # as such, i provided them with my citi bank details, and they said we don't have any info about this, and we have not deducted any money from my a/c, i called citi bank again that day and inquired about the same, and still they said citi bank cannot do anything, and i receive a call from Bajaj Allianz, spoke to rekha and she asked to send the print screen of the online statement, Three times i had send the print screen of the online statement to rekha.somvanshi@bajajallianz.co.in and then there was no reply, and after 2 days spoke to Danish and send the same print on his email danish.shaikh@bajajallianz.co.in and never received any reply from them, and when i called helpdesk then its back to square one, forwarding the print screen and not receiving any reply, IF any one can help me,send an email on my ID tausif.punjabi@gmail.com
