Recently I buy a medical insurance from a Bharti Axa Life. I bought this service on 8th May 2010 and after 15 day it had been activated. But so far I have not been received any kind of document and cash card from the company. And the call center girl who suggested me to buy this service told me that they have sent my document at my address. I done so many calls to her and requested to send document but always she says that she had sent all the document on my home address and they are looking feedback in the computer that customer have received the document.
So please now tell me what I should do. I have just that activation number on the mobile which come from the Bharti Axa Life.
