I was offer Medical policy with "Pre-existing disease", in which I declared i the form. I paid Rs.53,000.00 as premium to the agent and received original policy from National Insurance Co., Swastik Chaar Rasta, C.G. Road, Ahmedabad. Now when I submitted claim, they do not utter a single word. They accepted my letter describing, my admission to Hospital, and claim submitted. Now The insurance company and agent are fighting in the court on the matter that agent has given this policy only to those who were to get operation. Agent says he has paid to insurance company for waiver of such clause in policy and policy is cancelled by National Insurance Co., without the procedure of cancellation of policy. The National Insurance Company has never informed us about cancellation of policy or have refunded our premium. On the contrary they have accepted our letter of admission to Hospital and claim file. The 10 months are passed no reply from National Insurance company. There are about 300 clients like me. No one knows what to do now. If any one can help us please
