The above said company is a cheating company, one year back i had took a senior citizen policy to my father through telimarketing people of this company, at that time the first caller explained breifly about their services and also they mentioned that, if the insured peron is pre hospitalised then also we can claim for next hospitalisation. I was surprised, and agreed for taking fo that policy.

Then i received a confirmation call, it contains only YES OR NO quetions and it would recoded, previous discussions they did not record in any chance beacause they are liers in first call.

After hospitalisation they will give another explanation that the "desease is pre existing", and they tell sorry we could not pay you, then i came to know that i am cheated by the Insurance company.

After that i approached Ombudsmun of Insurance, they told to bring the voice record of the telimarketing people, the insurance comany persons brought only the voice recorder of confirmation call, in this call the person asks YES or NO quetions only, the Ombudsman Person took dicision only on that voice recorder.. , where has gone the previous discussion before confirmation call? The Ombudsman Person also not keen to discuss about that previous call, he gives the judjment on counfirmation call in favour of Star Healt and Allied Insurance company Ltd...

My father has metaly torcherd about the arrangement of money, he depressed day by day due to this people, now he is bedridden, My father is an retired school techer... he taught good lesson to the childrens... but now these people gave good experiance to my father

the justice is not in the hands of poor persons...
