I want to register my complaint against Royal Sundaram.

My Sister In Law fell sick and was admitted to one of the reputed hospitals in Thane, Lok Hospital. She had a high fever when admitted. Subsequently it was diagonised as Kidney Absyss. She had to remain in the hospital for above a week and then she was discharged.

The Total Hospital Bill was for Rs.87000.00. Royal sundaram paid Rs.50000.00 and refused to pay the remaining 37000.00. Reason given by them is that this is due to her previous history of Dipression related ailment. This is comletely incorrect as the Kidney Absyss has nothing to do with her history of Dipression for which she was treated long back. They have just used this pretex to not make a legitimate payment. We have tried contacting them at several occasions and also written to them but they do not respond or respond vaguely buying time.

Please help us get justice and guide us on how to present our case and what documents would be required.
