It has been noticed that all the insurance complany know how to take money but they dont know how to provide the services. Just few day back ICICI has rejected my car insurance claim..........

Even i hold a health policy with ICICI but i did not face any problem while getting my claim settled.
Which plan do you hold? Did you try writing to their grevaince mechanism updated on their website... I think you should try checking with them... I hope they will help you buddy.
