I was admitted in a hospital and insurance co. even send the approval letter for cashless amount Rs.22700 but it didnt pay up the hospital bill for two months and now hospital has send me a legal notice.My mediclaim policy no.211500/34/09/11/00000739 and Refer CCN:MDI0568040 JAYSWAL KALPESHKUMAR BABULAL ..so wht should i do in this matter...

Approach a Consumer Lawyer. Through him, send a lawyers reply notice to 1. The hospital saying that the hospital ought to have claimed the money from the insurance Company itself and that you are no one to be blamed for non-payment of money. Send a copy to the Insurance Company and ask them to settle the hospital bill immediately lest you will sue the insurance company for poor service.
