Hi,

I have on 16.03.2010 joined membership from Indian Health Organisation. I have not received any benefit from it now. I have paid for Rs.2648 for annual membership on the ground of 2 cosultancy from every panelled Doctor, discoount of treatment 20 to 25 % , and other benefits.

I want to cancel it from IHO but they will not give me refund.I havd called two or three times to their customer care executive. How can i get refund my Money.?

I dont understand how can people run such fraud companies, playin with peoples emotions and once the payment has been made, harassing the member. I am facing all this nonsense from past 3months now. I am sick and tired of calling in the customer care. So far i haven't got any response and executives sittin there can hardly speak english and gives darn about the customer. I would request everyone to think 10times before making any deal with this company.
