I have purchased a mediclaim Policy CARE FIRST from BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LTD on 05.03.2009. The Policy no. is 0122060967. The insured Members were Me and My Wife.

Last Month , We were travelling to Bijnore in UP and had met with an accident, My wife got injured and was then admitted to a hospital which is available nearby. The hospital was not under Network hospital of MEdicare TPA services (I) pvt ltd, hence I paid all the bills. The same case was now submitted to the insurance company and they are now refusing to pay the claim, they are saying that the wound was under local anaesthisia and was not required to admit her, so the claim is not payable. The case is under reference no. 3821769 in Bajaj Allianz. The reimbursement amount is Rs. 10194 and the patient name is Mrs. Shubhi Rohatgi.
