Hi, I have been cheated by Robinhood Insurance Company Ltd,Thane,which deals with various insurance products of various financial firms.I had purchased a mediclaim policy of Future Generali Ltd of 2 lakh& their agent promised that whatever may be the kind of illness or reason of the hospitalization may it be related to pregnancy(normally doesn't have any cover)it could be easily calimed & he will help me thoroughly for that,so I got the policy as my wife was pregnant at that time & those bills related to maternity could be claimed as promised by robinhood insurance guy
But after the delivery when I tried to claim hospital expenses for my wife maternity hospitalization & I came to know that the agent from which I had got the policy was kicked out of Robinhood as he used to fool the people with different
false offers which wasn't available from insurance firms.Then I followed up with higher authorities of Robinhood Insurance,but they are saying now that the agent from which I had taken the policy had promised you on his personal influence & can't be claimed through proper legal channel.

I think this is not a cheating; this is just lack of knowledge OR we never read literature attached with the products and we blame to others.

Robinhood agent mr. Sunil chauhan , promised me to gift a gold coin, if i take a tata aig life insurance policy, which he never turned upto, even after taking a policy.
Moreover the company employees miss pallavi shinde, and mr. Sanjay srivastava also promised me after complaining to them about this....
But till now no news... And now when i call to them they say.... It was the agent who promised .... We can't help to it....
