Complaint regarding Claim No.4555262, Claimant Khushi, Policy Number – 1303/282510402997, Policy Holder – Mr. Thomas Salve.
Dear sir this is regarding my medi claim. I am holding Reliance General Insurance my daughter was sick & our family doctor asked us to admit my daughter on 14th November 2009 to 19th November 2009. After 19th November 2009 I submitted all documents for my reimbursement but Medi Assist saying that they visited hospital on 16th November & they not got IPD paper but our doctor said that he gave IPD paper when they visited on 4/1/2010. When I gave intimation after 19th November 2009 then how they came to hospital on 16th November 2009. Now they are saying my claim is fraudulent. So please help me in this. I & my family will be grateful to you.
