I took my health insurance policy from Heygia Care Ltd. "Hygeiacare has joined hands with StarHealth and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd.India's 1st stand alone Health Insurance Company for hospitalisation services" that what is mentioned on the website

This policy stared in Jan 09 and ended in Ja10, We have submitted our bills of OPD and IPD to the MD of this company Mr. Rajiv Bawa mobile 09313538988. Since one year he is just picking up his mobile and telling us that he will pay the reimbursement after one week , but its been now one year and we see nothing in our hand . The Amount he need to pay us is 37,500+ 44000

We even whent to Police station by no use no one is ready to file compaint .
