On sept 2008 i got a call from icici that iam there valued customer so they will offer a intrest free 24month equal instalment medical plan & i agreed they also offered a free health coupon. but on each instalment i have to pay interest

on my call to icici on 17th dec i came to know that my house number in thier record is 55 were as it should be 555. They assured me that the policy& health coupon will be sent in next 7days to your correct address

but till date i hv not received the hard copies & health coupon
i made following calls but they alwaya give request number
