the new india assurance co ltd Sir, I purchased Medical Insurance ( Family)from The New India Assuance Co Ltd. Since last 10 years. Policty No. 140400/34/08/11/00015267. The claim was presented for the Treatment available for the solving the problem of Fabroid. The treatment was undertaken on the basis of available treatment i.e. Laprocopic Suergery. The treatment is not availble on Medication hence this step was taken. Preinformation was also sent by Fax to Dedicated Health Care Sevices for Settlement of Claim. They have cut down the claim drastically on Flimsy Ground. Hence injustice have been meted out to me.

Thank you very much for your offer to help. I tried to Type in Details, it times out.My Daughter consulted Dr. Tangaongar of Tata Hospital who found the presence of Fabroid in Unterus & Advised Operation.Other two doctors Advised Operation & Removal. Clinical Treatment was Ruled out. Estimate of Hospital Expences was sent to TPA. The Room Rent of Rs.4000/- per day resulting the drastic cut Of Rs.70500/ out of Rs.129940/- in the claim. It is not possible to reduce the Expences of operation and after care. Room Charges, you will agree the Room Rent includes after care. If the company guides me the Hospital where this type of operation is undertaken I will withdraw my complain.Please guide me your e-mail Idf where I can send the details.
