Sub: claim not responded inspite of submitting all the documents asked from VIPUL MEDCORP PVT LTD.

We have submited all the documments required for which we have even aknowlegement copy, and inspite of requesting again and again through mails ( please go through the below mail of communication) and also met personally many a times but wadala branch office at mumbai is not responding.

we told them that we will compaint in consumer court but they are not bother about it.

Please do the needful and get the resolution for this cases as i have taken a responsibiliyt ofthis cases so i am answerable to them...

why don't you make a system which will track all the pending claims in your TPA,or it shows that you are not intersted in resolving the quaries inspite of reminding again and again?

I request the cases to be resolve and reply from your side at the earliest.

Please look in the matter as these cases have exceeded the limits , why this should take so much time?

For your referance i ma attaching the acknowledgement copy for both the cases and my all communication on same to you and mumbai office still nothing is moving, what do i understand by this please let me know clearly in writing for both this claims.

2) Another case of RL Parmar,

Claim no : 09CB03UIC0438 Policy no ; 020400/48/08/20/00005959

This was a cashless claim, from Dr sadiwal's hospital and nursing home, we have to file the post hospitalisation claim ,

But query here is , Dr sadiwala has claimed in cashless but there is some clarification which we required on the same .

So please send the document of coverge or exclusions for this particular policy (soft copy will also do), as we need some clarification from the doctor.

Dr Alpa from your mumbai branch has handled this case, and according to her there is no room ristriction on the same policy , so doctor is askig for the policy wording from TPA.

Your early reply will be appriciated o the same.
