Dear Sir/Madam,( whm so ever it may concern)

Please help me out for this case,as i am following up with VIPUL MEDCORP PVT LTD ( TPA), i have the aknowledge copy from the branch of submitting all the required documents.but than also there no written communication to us about this 2 cases, one of theses is even more than 1 year.I personnaly met so many people in there office , requested , shouted bagged, but nothing affects them.

Please o thoubh the below communication with its date, inspite of continuous follow up they are not giving the answer and not even responding to our communication.

they are not bothered about we oing to consumer court as they know nothing is oing to happend, and they take this very lightly.

Please give the solution for the same , if they can not handle the claim they should not manage TPA, as TPAs are in service industry and we are getting the service like this than they have to puished for the same.

why don't you make a system which will track all the pending claims in your TPA,or it shows that you are not intersted in resolving the quaries inspite of reminding again and again?

2) Another case of RL Parmar,

This was a cashless claim, from Dr sadiwal's hospital and nursing home, we have to file the post hospitalisation claim ,

But query here is , Dr sadiwala has claimed in cashless but there is some clarification which we required on the same .

So please send the document of coverge or exclusions for this particular policy (soft copy will also do), as we need some clarification from the doctor.

Dr Alpa from your mumbai branch has handled this case, and according to her there is no room ristriction on the same policy , so doctor is askig for the policy wording from TPA.

Your early reply will be appriciated o the same.
