Hi,

This is to inform you all that I had taken credit of 30K(Thirty Thousand) for Medical Expenses for the operation of my mother. My Medical Insurance company "Alankit Health Care" provides the insurance for me, my mother and my father. As the hospital in which the operation was been operated, on was not enlisted on the list of Medical Insurance listing therefore I was not entitled for cash-less operation for my mother. For availing the medical claim I had to submit all the 'Original Documents along with the reciepts and Medical Reports' to the Alankit HealthCare limited, which I did on 12th of Sept 09 for which they provided me a receiving. Now the Alankit is not providing any Re-imbursement nor returning any of the orginal documents saying they need more of the details of some reciepts while I have already provided every other document to them. On the other hand when I asked for the Original Documents which I submitted to them, as they are not able to provide me any re-imbursement, they simply refused me saying it is against thier policies. My father an ex-central govt. employee could get the re-imbursement through his previous organization but for that we need all of the Original Documents. Here is the question "If I am not entitled for the Re-imbursement then that means I am also not able to claim my own documents?"

Got the Original Documents when been interfered by my Organization.

My Claim is reject by Alankit health care TPA ltd.

I have a problem of catrot in my eyes and it was oprated on 20th Oct.10 and discharge from
hospital same day but doctors bills and report Received on 26th oct.10 and all document and
claim form submited to alankit TPA on 30th Oct.10

but my claim is reject by Alankit due to non submission of document within 7 Days of Discharge

Kindly Help in above case to get approved it
