Hi,

I have Relience Medi Claim policy since last year. My wife has Relience Health Care Policy since last two years which covers me as well.

In June 09, I met with a little accident and my ligament had broken. I got operated for the same. I have filed a claim and the company said your disease is pre-existing. I do have all X-Rays, Reports that says its not a pre-existing disease. I am in touch with the company since last 4 months. I have informed them to contact my doctors as well for confirmation. However they are not ready to listen anything.

Everytime, I have to call them 4 times before I get any revert from them. I do have all mails as a supportive data of communication.

I am mentally harassed by the company.

Kindly advice what should I do?
