I here by Prabhudas S. Kamani Had applied in favour of my wife namely BHANUMATI PRABHUDAS KAMANI (DOB:08/07/1957) your Health Saver Plan Policy No.11992156 in April-09 and I had made her Accidntal claim in Aug-09 by while working at home,She Was Sleeped and her shaulder was bedly injured so i had refer my family doctor Mr.Ketan Shah and he had adivised to undergo surgery so i had done my wifes surgery at Dr. Ketan Shah (MS) at Rajkot.
I am totally disappointed and unhappy with your services towards my claim as when ever i had called the claim care department they had only given on answer that the cliam is under EXPERT Opinion but i dont know what is EXPERT OPINION? and
your concern dep. had send me one letter for the afforsaid claim on 12/10/2009 but i had not received the same till date so where is the LETTER? and when i wanted to know dispatch details so there was no answer by claim care officer so please give some satisfactory reply to your client else! shut down your business.
