Dear sir/ madam,



I am ashutosh mehta resident in rohini delhi. My wife worked in convergys call
centre but now she is working in Bank of america. My daughter charvi mehta suffered
from fever in the month of feb. We had a mediclaim policy of reliance ( atul ) .At
that day at the time of admition they admitted our child under mediclaim and told us
to wait for the approvel. But after seven days at the time of releaving they told us
that the fever is not include in the policy. At that time we are not financialy
sound. We suddenly releaved our child and bought payment from third party cause
15000 Rs was too much for us. It was a mistake by hospital or medical claim company
that they don`t told the right word about approval. If they tell to us that your
approval has not confirmed then we go to other economic clinic. My wife summited the
complaint in our company convergys but they did not give any responce tll now. So we
decided to register our complaint in consumer court. So please tell us the proper
way to recover our payment by hospital or medical company. we have all the hospital
document bills ,slips as well.
