Hello,

I had applied for a Medical Insurance claim with one Insurance company.

I had submitted the Original Documents to the Insurance Company for the Medical
Insurance, but did not receive a single document from them.

The TPA Agent says that the Insurance Company does not return back the Original
Documents (Medical Reports, X-ray Reports, Discharge Card, Prescriptions, etc).

I believe the Insurance Company can only keep the Medical and Hospital Bills and
should return back all the Original Documents.

I would like to seek a guidance on this as to what does the law say and what are the
rights of a consumer in such a case.
