Through this mail I would like to inform you that My Uncle Mr Mubeen Ahmad ( He is a Illitrate Person ) have been cheated by Reliance Life Insurance's Sales Manager Mr Vinay Kumar he is Associated with Reliance Life Insurance 101 First Floor,B Block Mahatta Towers, Janak Puri, New Delhi- 110058
In the m/o of June 08 Mr Mubeen have received a call from Mr. Vinod Kumar Advisor of Janakpuri Branch (Advisor Code-20272841) regarding the Insurance Policy Reliance Wealth + Health Plan , Mr Mubeen was little interested on that So Again He received a call from Mr. Vinay Kumar Sales Manager of Reliance Life Insurance,101 First Floor, B Block Mahatta Towers, Janak Puri, New Delhi- 110058 and Fixed an Appointment with Mr Mubeen. Mr Vinay Kumar Come to Mr Mubeen's home along with application form and same was filled up & signed by Mr Mubeen,

Next Time, in the m/o of June 09 Mr Mubeen have received a call Again from Mr. Vinay Kumar (Sales Manager ) Regarding The collectition of Policy premium of Rs 50000. Mr Mubeen have made the payment of his 2nd year premium for reliance life insurance Wealth + Health /policy no-12174880.

After Some Days Mr Mubeen Have received a courier against His Renewal It was a New Policy Imaan Investment Plan - RG Policy No- 14784109, He is not know about this policy,
He shown to me along with policy documents and after going through all the particular I was totally shattered because Its a new Policy Imaan Investment Plan - RG Policy No- 14784109, Moreover, mr. Vinay has done Mr Mubeen's duplicate signature at the Application form.

That day only He informed Mr Vinay on his mobile to Know about this courier as well as the premium amount. He convinced Mr Mubeen by saying that “I am out of station and will come by in few days and will check don’t worry for this your Wealth + Health Policy is Still Continue.But Mr Mubeen have Recieved Regular Call From Reliance customer Care for Premimum of Wealth + Health, Then he contacted to your help Line and they told that your Policy Wealth + Health Plan is auto laps.
Your advisor has clearly cheated Mr Mubeen of his hard earned money.I request you to kindly refund his money at your earliest as we are poor Person, we had already informed Branch Manager Mr Sanjeev, that due to our financial condition, we would not be able to pay regular premiums of two policies. Now Mr Mubeen to continue his existing paln Wealth + Health or if not possible please return back his first premium of Imaan Investment Plan - RG Policy No- 14784109, as he can not continue.or Adjust it into the Primimum of Wealth+Health,

I hope it is clear to you how Mr Mubeen have been cheated by your Sales Manager of Reiance Life Insurance Mr Vinay Kumar and what I am looking for.
